Service Description

Private sessions are ideal for exploring more depth and understanding in ones practice. They are also ideal when working with a particular injury, post surgery, or after giving birth and needing extra support and specific exercises to rebuild strength.

Cancelation Policy

No refunds for cancelled appointments. To reschedule a session please provide at least 24 hours notice. Thank you.
