Embodied and Abundant 7-Day Yoga Retreat

​​​On this all inclusive retreat we will start the day with an optional silent walking meditation and a slow strong Forrest Yoga practice, complete with meditation and breath work that will be enhanced by the surrounding olive groves and magnificent views of the Ionian sea. You will be nourished by 2 locally sourced vegetarian meals a day; brunch and dinner with refreshments in-between, and during your stay you can enjoy 2 beaches 5 mins walk away, and the 2 swimming pools attached to the Villas.  In the afternoons we will gather for a more restorative session which will involve Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, journaling and reflection, and on one of the evenings, a sound bath. 

 

This is a pathway back to yourself.  

 

Vericoco is in Kefalonia, and only a 15 minute drive to and from the Kefalonia Airport, which is a major plus. 

There are 2 gorgeous beaches 5 mins walk away, a couple of local restaurants, and a little villlage up the road to collect supplies from. A short drive away you can visit beaches and a local town called Argolstoli on your own, or as part of a group outing.​

One evening during the week there will be no dinner served and we are free to eat at one of the local restaurants or venture further afield for a day trip/boat trip and dinner out.

There are 2 Villas. Firstly Villa Vericoco which has 3 double bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom and sea views. The rooms are fitted with mosquito nets as well as a/c units. The villa itself offers a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining and living room with wood stove and spectacular sea and mountain views. Then there is Villa Athena, a villa with 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms, two of which have twin beds, one is double and one is a master double bedroom (with super king size bed). All rooms have a/c, their own balconies with sea and garden views. The property has a large swimming pool and spectacular views to the sea.

There are 2 Beach House's and a self contained Studio placed between the Yoga Deck and the paths to the beaches.

Each of the Beach House's offer two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. The 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower unit. Each apartment has its own kitchen area, air conditioning and veranda dining space.

The Studio has a double bedroom with double bed and single bed, it’s own bathroom, kitchenette, private entrance and veranda. It is fitted with mosquito nets and air conditioning.​​​​​​​

Flights, transfer to and from airport if  traveling independently at different time (I will arrange the transfer for you), alcohol, extra excursions, boat trip, dinner out etc

Flights are not yet released but are generally from Heathrow with British Airways at 10.10am arriving at 15.50 local time.  The transfer will be arranged around this arrival time.

A non-refundable £500 deposit is required to secure your room, and the remainder of the payment is required by 1st June 2026.

I am happy for you to pay instalments leading up to this date.

Note: check out time is 9am on the 26th so we will leave the venue and wait for an afternoon flight. There is the option of having baggage taken care of and visiting the local town Argostoli or going to the hotel near the airport and paying for a day by the pool.
