7-Day Yoga Retreat

I taught a retreat in Kefalonia, Greece this year in June. After years of teaching Yoga Retreats around Europe, this was by far my best and favourite retreat experience.  Kefalonia now has a piece of my heart. 

 

It felt like such a winning formula that I am heading back in the same direction in 2024, again in collaboration with Hazel, who will be gifting everyone one of her complimentary Yoga Therapy sessions.

Itha108 is a very particular place, set on the island of Ithaca, one of the smallest in the Ionian island constellation.  

The design of the venue and rooms have been well thought out, and provide the perfect ambience to relax and restore in.

Elevated above olive groves, and exposed rocks, and overlooking the sea and the eastern coastline of Keflaonia, this place is unique. There is an infinity pool and beaches to sunbathe on, just a stones throw away.

There is luxury accommodation spread out between the main house, staggered between rocks, forestry and winding walkways. There are also many quiet pockets set around the property to pause in.
