Quiet Awakenings
1:1 Coaching

I believe that the smallest shifts make the greatest impact on our lives. 

I know this because for many years I moved through trainings and processes like an intensity junkie, looking for the big breakdown, the breakthrough, the monumental ah ha moment.  I thought there was something wrong with me when I wasn’t flapping around on the floor in a puddle of my own sweat like my fellow trainees preparing to be reborn. 


The more I moved through these experiences and observed myself within them, the more I processed, the deeper I dug, and the more zealously I excavated; I discovered a truth about myself.

I don’t find clarity and movement in the form of enormous epiphanies.


My insights roll in on calm and knowing waves, one after the other.

The insights easeful yet poignant. 


These awakenings have moved in, in such small and manageable ways, that they have made real foundational changes in my life. 


The more I acknowledged this truth about myself and the way I process, the more I revered in the process.  I am committed to the long game, the slow grow.


Long gone are the days of all or nothing. I see the value in doing the groundwork and have watched how the thousands of comparatively tiny insights amounted to seismic shifts and changes in my life. 


This right here is my method of working with and supporting others. 

I know first hand that to make real changes, authentic, fundamental shifts in our lives, we need to do the real work. We need to take our time within our processes, truly embody our insights, and practice, practice, practice.  

There are a few different ways you can work with me 1:1. 

a) Book a block of 6x 1:1 Coaching Sessions:

  • 6x 60 minute sessions and is valid for 3 months (6 hours total)

  • Choice to meet weekly or fortnightly

  • Freedom to purchase further packages if you wish to continue working together

  • Sessions will be conducted online via zoom

  • Investment: £510

b) Quiet Awakenings Coaching Package:

  • 3 hours of 1:1 coaching  per month (this can be divided into 3x60 min sessions or 2x90 min sessions)

  • Voxer messaging support between sessions

  • Free access to my online Yoga Library and any online yoga classes I have scheduled during the time we work together

  • All sessions will take place via zoom

  • Investment: 3-month package £1,550 (£516 a month) 6-month package £2,820 (£470 a month)

c) 1:1 Yoga and Coaching/Mentoring Combo

  • 6x 90 min sessions valid for 3 months (9 hours total)

  • You can choose the ratio of yoga and coaching (e.g. 45 mins yoga, 45 mins coaching)

  • Choice to meet weekly or fortnightly

  • Freedom to purchase further sessions if you wish to continue working together

  • Sessions will be conducted online via zoom (or in person if local) 

  • Investment: £600

Before we start working together we will get clear on what you would like to shift and create through our sessions together. The sessions will be a mix of structure and moving organically with what unfolds. That means we can stay aligned to our intentions for the sessions, and there is also space to go with the flow as different things arise throughout our journey together. 

I structure the sessions in these formats so that you get the most from working with me. There is accountability, we can really get to know one another, build trust, and transform on a much deeper level.
