A place for Mammas to rise
A 6-week programme for women; mothers who want to reconnect with their rituals and practices, with the support of like-minded women.
6x 90 minute sessions, run over 6 consecutive weeks, based on the Mama Rising Formula of Support.
Each session consists of a short meditation, a yoga practice, prompted journal writing and group coaching & sharing.

A space where women can slow down and get quiet. Leave her responsibilities at the door. Sink into herself and her inner knowing. Express herself and lean into the support of other women. Soften within that connection and feel nourished. It is an invitation for a woman to return to herself.
