When I first signed up for a Women's Circle I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't sure it was my thing but I showed up anyway. 

 

Growing up and well into my 20's, I prided myself on having so many male friends. I somehow felt more comfortable around them. That shifted.

​

When I stepped back into teaching after maternity leave in 2017 I felt pulled towards working with women. I even said this out loud to myself. Not long after, my first gig back teaching a workshop, I found myself literally sat in a circle, holding space for an incredible group of women. It felt so right. 

​

Attending Women's Circles, I have felt heard, held, supported, and inspired. I have laughed, cried, had ah huh moments, and have experienced huge heart opening moments too.

Many experiences within these circles have reminded me of the 15 + years I have sat in circle and have held space as a teacher, mentor, and while assisting teacher trainings. 

 

Not much beats the feeling of connection and compassion that unfolds when you really SEE a person. See a person within her struggles AND with her incredible qualities.  To let down your shields, and allow yourself to be seen.

There is something really beautiful about that process. Just showing up and being met where you are. 

​

A Women's circle is a safe space for Women to come together.  To be held, inspired, supported, and be seen with compassion, and without judgment. To show up whether feeling full, vulnerable, vibrant or messy.

To just BE and experience the magic.
